A.D. Rise offers a full service to cover the recruitment process. From an initial person/job specification, we will prepare and place advertising in suitable local, national and international press and process subsequent applicants. We then conduct interviews which cover qualifications, relevant experience, aptitude for the position and their commitment towards joining your company. We can then provide you with a choice of the best and most suitable candidates.
Head-Hunt or Targeted Applicant Search
This is a discreet and confidential service where we aim to locate people who meet your exact requirements and use our influencing skills to persuade them to consider making a career move. These are people who have been identified as being able to carry out the particular function and who are probably not actively searching the job market.
Multi-assignment using advertising
We recommend this service when you wish to recruit a number of people at the same or similar level or grade, e.g. process operators, graduates, laboratory personnel, engineers or sales representatives.
We project manage such assignments and provide you with a detailed break-down of project costings and time-scale. Using this method, current clients have filled five or more positions at very competitive rates.
Candidate Database Search
This is a 'No Placement ... No Fee' service. Simply provide us with a comprehensive person/job specification and we search our database for suitable candidates who meet your requirements.
This is often a quick and cost-effective method of filling a position.
