Your approval.  We will not send your CV, or make any form of application on your behalf, without first discussing the vacancy with you.  We aim to provide detailed information about the company background and the job we are recruiting, and will often have a job description that we can provide for you as well.

Board Level Contact.  We have a huge network of board level contacts, which provide us with a variety of individuals that we can approach on your behalf.  These contacts can also give us insight into the wider market, allowing us to identify potential area’s of growth within the market, and react accordingly.

Global Opportunities.  The management team of A.D. Rise has worked Internationally for a number of years.  Developing International relationships including Europe, North America and the Middle East.  Our International Capability will continue to grow as we look to invest in new exciting projects all over the world.

Flexibility.  We appreciate you may be busy, and getting away from a hectic day at work to meet a recruitment consultant may prove difficult.  Therefore we will try and meet in convenient location for you, and are happy to look into a meeting before or after a typical working day if appropriate.
